www.RWAnational.org is the national organization for Romance writers. There are over 9,500 members associated with this group and it puts out the most up to date information regarding Editors/Agents/Publishers and all kinds of industry information.
www.MidwestFiction.com the link to the local Twin Cities RWA chapter. Phenomenal women.
www.WisRWA.org Wisconsin's local RWA chapter hosting wonderful conferences every year.
www.IndianaRWA.com Based out of Indianapolis, this is a smaller RWA chapter but full of support and energy. If you're in the area, check it out.
